This page tells you the delivery charges and options on which we supply any of the products ("Products") ordered on our website www.hillshomeandgarden.co.uk ("our site") to you. Please read this page carefully before ordering any Products from our site.

Please note that we currently offer delivery to mainland UK only and do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Delivery service for large furniture items is not available to the following postcodes:
AB, FK, IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

In most cases, furniture deliveries will be made by one of our delivery partners. We will call you prior to dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery date.

No-one At Home
If you or the intended recipient are not available, the carrier will not attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour, and a re-delivery charge will be applied. Please make every effort to ensure someone is home on the scheduled delivery date.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
