If you've noticed something is missing from your order call us right away on 01227941314 so we can help. Our deliveries are triple checked before dispatching to make sure everything is included. Sometimes additional items like garden furniture covers and cushions are packed in the underside of the furniture.

Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days from ordering. With some larger items our dispatch team will call ahead to book in a convenient delivery time. With our smaller items you will receive tracking information and updates from our courier. If you selected Next Day delivery and the order was placed before 1pm you will receive the next working day.

If you chose collect in store as your option at checkout you will receive an update on when your order is ready to be collected via text or email. This usually takes about an hour.

We try to give the most accurate dates when quoting our ETAs on stock arrival. After you pre order an item you will receive an order confirmation via email. Then our next point of contact will be us calling you to let you know the item you ordered is in stock and ready to ship. We will then book in a delivery date for you.

We only refund outbound carriage in line with Distance Selling Regulations or if the item was incorrectly shipped or was found to be faulty. Please note that return carriage is the responsibility of the customer and we do recommend that you use a traceable method of carriage for your return. Please note we do not advise customers of receipt back into our warehouse. In the case of incorrectly delivered or faulty items return carriage will be refunded but if a priority courier is used then only a reasonable sum will be refunded. It is necessary for you to contact us in advance of you returning an item. If you decide to return an item then you may return it to us at your own cost, alternatively, we can arrange collection by our own carrier at a cost of £85 per consignment. This is purely to cover the cost of fuel and the drivers time.
